Welcome to the official website of the 2012 International Conference on Green Buildings and Optimization Design (GBOD 2012). The GBOD 2012 will provide an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications of Green Building and Optimization Design. The Conference looks for significant contributions to all major fields of the Green Building and Optimization Design in theoretical and practical aspects. The GBOD 2012 will feature a wide ranging theme, focusing on energy efficient buildings, sustainable architecture, case study on buildings of historical significance, standard certification for green buildings, smart use of materials and resources, renewable energy sources or energy efficient non-renewable sources, waste management for sustainable development and so on. Paper Submission
Papers are invited for GBOD 2012 on topics lying within the scope of the conference. All contributions must be original, should not have been published elsewhere and should not be intended to be published elsewhere during the review period. Please note that papers are usually between 4 and 8 pages long. Papers longer than this will be subject to a penalty charge. Papers very much longer or shorter than the required length may be rejected. The maximum length of any contribution will be 10 printed pages. About the paper format, please check here to download: To ensure high quality, all papers will be thoroughly reviewed by the GBOD 2012 Committee. Papers may be rejected without being sent to the reviewers if they are too long. Papers may be rejected without being reviewed if it is judged that they do not lie sufficiently within the scope of the conference. All papers for GBOD 2012 must be submitted in word form to: gbod2012@gmail.com & submission@gbod2012.org
